The Newcastle band catapulted their success with "The House of the Rising Sun" (1964) to remain forever in the Olympus of rock. This documentary transports us to that time, analyzing the turbulent career of its singer Eric Burdon and his colleagues. As an example, the components of The Animals (John Steel and Hilton Valentine), as well as Zoot Money from The New Animals. It also includes interviews with Eric Burdon himself and Brian Auger, as well as archive images and live footage, both of Eric Burdon alone and of the two aforementioned bands and of the War group he formed with African-American musicians.
